The UC Davis Humanities Institute supports the intellectual and professional development of graduate students in the humanities and humanistically-oriented social sciences. Our programs promote cross-disciplinary interaction among grad students and between grad students and faculty. We encourage active grad student participation in Research Clusters and other Institute programs and events. Additionally, we administer two different fellowship programs for graduate students, the Presidents’ Predoctoral Fellowship and the Research Assistantship in the Humanities. Grad students may also search through our database of current fellowship, postdoctoral, and conference opportunities, using the search box on the left of this page.
