The application process is now open for FST 298 Design Thinking for Food / Fall 2018.

Design Thinking for Food is an interdisciplinary graduate seminar taught by Professors Charlotte Biltekoff (American Studies and Food Science & Technology) and Lauren Shimek (Food Science & Technology) in which students learn and apply the tools of both Food Studies and Design Thinking to address complex food systems challenges. Our focus for next fall will be addressing food insecurity on campus.

We welcome applications from graduate students in ANY graduate group, as well as ambitious juniors and seniors from ANY major to apply.
