What makes Chinese food so delicious? What are the secrets of brewing Chinese wine? The blend of five flavors, together with knife skills and optimal heating, is the top secret that makes Chinese food delicious. As for wine, Qu is the essence of the flavors of Chinese Wine. This presentation introduces the major seasonings of five flavors, the principles and methods of brewing Chinese Wine.
