Please join us for the Early Science Workshop’s first spring event: “Collecting Human Monsters in Early Modern Courts” with Guido Guerzoni. An economic and cultural historian, Guido Guerzoni is the author of numerous books, including Apollo and Vulcan: The Art Markets In Italy, 1400-1700 and Waxing Eloquent: Italian Portraits in Wax. He teaches at Bocconi University and directs the M9 Museum of the Twentieth Century in Venice. The talk will take place at noon in SSH 2203, aka The Andrews Room.
