Artist Juicy D. Light, Founder and Artistic Director of Rubenesque Burlesque, will present “Not So Tiny Dancer: Thoughts behind the Fat Flash Mob.” This event will also feature a film screening of FatMob (2016, 15 min.), directed by Julie Wyman, Associate Professor, Cinema and Media Studies. This event is free and open to the public.

This event is sponsored by Cinema and Media Studies, Department of Art and Art History, Gender, Sexuality and Women’s Studies, the Davis Humanities Institute, and the Campus Community Book Project.
