Growing scientific evidence shows that eating too much added sugar over time is linked to health problems including serious chronic diseases.

The Sugar Science Roundtable features Dr. Laura Schmidt, a Professor of Health Policy in the UCSF School of Medicine. Dr. Kimber Stanhope, an Associate Professor in Molecular Biosciences in UC Davis Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Nancy Keim, an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Nutrition at UC Davis. She studies the relationships between food and the human body. They will be discussing the unsweetened truth about sugar and the human body.
