A new public event series hosted by the DHI in partnership with the Davis Science Cafe, that invites professors and public intellectuals to consider current issues of the day.

Featuring professors Charlotte Biltekoff (American Studies & Food Science and Technology) and J. Bruce German ( Food Science and Technology) who will wrestle with ideas around healthy eating and how people decide what’s good for them.

This event is free and open to the public
