John Milsom has published widely on 16th century music in general and on Tudor music and Josquin Desprez in particular. His current research focuses on the analysis of fuga in sixteenth-century polyphony. He continues to expand the online Christ Church Library Music Catalogue, a major research project that addresses the provenance history of the eighteenth-century music collections at Christ Church, Oxford (http://library.chch.ox.ac.uk/music/ ). Participants are asked to read one of Professor Milsom’s articles in advance of the workshop. For a pdf of the article and to RSVP for the lunch, please contact Vanessa Rapatz at vlrapatz@ucdavis.edu by April 25.
