Amanda Beech is a British artist associated with the emerging speculative realism philosophy movement. She is currently in residence at CalArts and a professor of fine art at the University of Kent. She has recently spoken on art and philosophy at the Royal Academy of London and the Tate Britain. Sh is author of "Sanity Assassin," a work that combines art and philosophy in a powerful new way.
