Myriam Gurba is author of the 2017 true crime memoir Mean. O, the Oprah Magazine called the book one of the best LBGTQ books of all time and The New York Times picked it as a top five memoir of the year. Her other books are Dahlia Season: Stories and a Novella and Painting Their Portraits in Winter: Stories.
