PhD Unlimited: Podcasting the Humanities Workshop: This hands-on workshop for aspiring graduate student podcasters featured Amy Quinton, News and Media Relations Specialist and co-host of the UC Davis podcast Unfold. Quinton shared the backstory of Unfold and gave participants advice on how to get started on a research-based podcast.
PhD Unlimited: Podcasting the Humanities 2022: The UC Davis graduate student recipients of the National Humanities Center's Podcasting the Humanities Workshop award led their own workshop on podcasting in the humanities. Fellows Emily Rich (English), Ben Ruilin Fong (Comparative Literature), Daniel Castaneda (History), Angel Trazo (Cultural Studies), and Beshara Kedhi (Cultural Studies) shared what they learned on the basics of podcasting and offered practical tips for getting started.
PhD Unlimited: Podcasting the Humanities 2021: UC Davis graduate students Cinthya Ammerman (Native American Studies), Beshara Kehdi (Cultural Studies) and Ashley Teodorson-Taggart (Performance Studies), as led participants through the basics of podcasting in the humanities. The three facilitators shared back what they learned as participants in the National Humanities Council's Podcasting the Humanities Workshop and offered practical tips for getting started.
