Clusters offer faculty and graduate students the opportunity to collaborate across disciplines and areas of expertise. They facilitate exchanges among faculty and graduate students in workshops, symposia, or mini conferences, encourage experimentation with new forms of collaboration within and beyond UC Davis, and seek to broaden the aims of faculty research at UC Davis.

We support two kinds of research clusters: Hum/Arts Clusters and Transcollege Clusters.

The 2022-2023 Clusters are:

Heritage Spanish: A Forum for Language, Learning & Teaching
PI: Agustina Carando (Departments of Spanish & Portuguese)
