Clusters

Clusters offer faculty and graduate students the opportunity to collaborate across disciplines and areas of expertise. They facilitate exchanges among faculty and graduate students in workshops, symposia, or mini conferences, encourage experimentation with new forms of collaboration within and beyond UC Davis, and seek to broaden the aims of faculty research at UC Davis.

In the past, the DHI has supported two kinds of research clusters: Hum/Arts Clusters and Transcollege Clusters.

For 2023-2024, the DHI will issue a single call for Interdisciplinary Research Clusters. This program is supported by the Office of Research
