Programs

The UC Davis Humanities Institute creates original programming that serves our campus and community.

We feature the brilliant work of UC Davis faculty, help prepare graduate students professionally for a range of careers, dialogue with undergraduate students on important issues, and coordinate a yearly film festival focused on human rights around the globe.

Beyond the campus, our programming engages the larger communities in our region. We develop conversations, films, performances, and workshops that address the interests and concerns shared by everyone who understands the profound role that the arts and humanities have in shaping our world.
