Addressing the Elephant in the (class)Room: The Impact of Crises on Student Learning

In the midst of the many unprecedented events of 2020, how can we teach in a way that acknowledges the impact of ongoing and emerging crises? In this interactive workshop, participants will explore some of the ways that stress can impact learning and will come away with strategies for addressing events which may cause particular distress to our students.
