Joe Fyfe is a visual artist and writer whose work has been included in solo and group exhibitions in New York, Los Angeles, Cologne, Luxembourg, and Hanoi. He has received numerous awards including a Guggenheim Fellowship, a Pollock-Krasner, The American Academy of Arts and Letters Gwendolyn Knight Lawrence Award, and a Fulbright Fellowship for reporting on contemporary art in Vietnam and Cambodia. His writings have appeared in Hyperallergic, Artforum and Art in America.
